These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Luna Pickleball Camps website, the Blueprint coaching program, and the member portal (together, the "Services"), operated by Luna Pickleball LLC ("Luna," "we," "us"). By using the Services or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
1.Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in a program or create a portal account. If you are enrolling a minor, you do so as their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf, including the assumption of risk in Section 7.
2.The coaching programs
Luna offers in-person pickleball camps and the Blueprint, an ongoing one-on-one coaching program delivered through the member portal. Program contents, schedules, and coaches are described on the website and may change. Coaching is instructional in nature; we do not guarantee any specific competitive result, rating change, or outcome.
3.Enrollment, billing, and cancellation
- The Blueprint is billed monthly at the price shown at enrollment. It is ongoing. There is no fixed term. And you may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing. It does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
- Camp registration fees, deposits, and refund windows are described at the point of camp registration.
- Prices may change with notice. Changes do not affect the billing period already paid.
- Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
4.Member portal accounts
You are responsible for keeping your portal login confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
5.Your content
The portal lets you upload material such as match videos, check-ins, and notes ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant Luna and your assigned coach a limited license to store, display, and review it solely to provide coaching to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you submit, including the consent of others who appear in your videos.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Including no unlawful use, no harassment of coaches or other members, no attempts to access other members' data, no reverse-engineering or scraping, and no uploading of malicious or infringing content.
7.Assumption of risk
Pickleball and athletic training carry inherent risks of injury. By participating in camps or following coaching guidance, you acknowledge and accept those risks. You should consult a physician before beginning any new physical training. Luna is not responsible for injuries arising from physical activity, and you agree to participate within your own physical limits.
8.Intellectual property
The website, the Blueprint curriculum, written and recorded coaching materials, branding, and software are owned by Luna or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only as part of your participation in the Services. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish program materials without written permission.
9.Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the website or portal will be uninterrupted or error-free. Coaching content reflects the professional opinion of your coach and is not medical, financial, or legal advice.
10.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Luna in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Luna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
11.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify members through the portal. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Glynn County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
