Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Have this reviewed before publishing. This draft reflects how the Luna site and member portal actually handle data. A privacy professional or attorney should confirm it against the laws that apply to you. Especially if you have members in California (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK (GDPR), or other regulated regions. Update the third-party list whenever you add or remove a service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your coaching content for advertising.
3.Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Services, each handling data on our behalf:

- Payment processor. For handling subscriptions and camp fees.

Replace this list with the specific named providers you use (for example: Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare R2, Mux, Stripe, Cal.com) before publishing. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
4.Your coach and your data
If you are a member, your assigned coach can see the profile and coaching content tied to your account, because that is how coaching works. Coaches cannot see the data of members who belong to other coaches. Luna platform staff may access data as needed for support and security.
5.Cookies
The website and portal use a small number of essential cookies. For example, to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.
6.Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. You can ask us to delete your account data. See Section 8.
7.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit data to your coach and authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA. If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR. A reviewer should add the precise wording these laws require if they apply to your members.
9.Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults. If a minor participates in a camp or program, a parent or legal guardian provides and manages their information. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will remove it.
10.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify members through the portal.
